Bollywood star Aamir Khan starrer ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ will release in theatres on April 14.

Aamir Khan’s production house has released an official statement confirming the release of the superstar’s much-awaited film, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. According to the statement, the film will release in theatres on April 14, 2022, at the box office.

Owing to the big clash, speculations were rife that the release of either of the films will be pushed ahead. However, both the films have retained their stand and stuck to the same release date making the clash inevitable at the box office.

Reports were rife that after seeing the response that ‘Pushpa’ has got and how the film overpowered Ranveer Singh starrer ’83, the makers are planning to push ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ ahead. Director Advait Chandan apparently doesn’t want to take chances, particularly with a franchise film that already has a fanbase. However, the official statement by Aamir has cleared the air on the same.

‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is an official Hindi remake of the Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’ that originally starred Tom Hanks in the lead role. The film stars Aamir in the lead role along with Kareena. It also features Naga Chaitanya and Mona Singh in key roles.
