KARACHI: 2019 was an important year for Pakistan, Pakistan faced very intricate challenges and steadfast.

At the binging of 2019,  Pakistan witnessed a tragic incident in which officials of the  Punjab Police’s Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) allegedly sprayed a  car with bullets near Sahiwal, killing four people including a  couple their teenage daughter and their driver. Later a case was registered against five policemen involved in the incident.

Meanwhile, Pakistan has shot down two Indian Air Force jets and took into custody pilot, Wing Cmdr. Abhinandan over violation of airspace. Later Abhinandan was freed.

  In 2019, PTI stalwart Asad Umar—announced on twitter to step-down from the finance ministery post and his resignation was accepted. Later PTI government has appointed Hafiz Sheik as a finance minister of the country.
