In a horrific act, a six-year-old girl named Maham was strangled to death before being sexually assaulted in Karachi.
According to details, the tragic incident took place in the Korangi area of Karachi, where a six-year-old girl was abducted and killed after being allegedly raped.
The family of the slain victim has accused the police of not cooperating and the father said that his daughter went missing from Zaman Town area of Korangi at 9 pm last night. The girl’s father said that his daughter’s disappearance was reported to the nearest police station. The search continued overnight, however, all the attempts to find her failed.
The father of the victim said that her daughter’s body was found in a garbage dump. The family of the 6-year-old victim also blamed the police for their lack of corporation in the matter of the disappearance of their daughter.
According to the family members, when they went to the concerned police station to lodge a report, the officials said that they were mentally ill and asked the members not to waste their time and leave the police station.
Earlier, a naked body of a six-year-old boy, who had been missing for two days in Mandi Ahmedabad, was recovered from a field. Police launched an investigation on the orders of District Police Officer Faisal Shehzad. Six-year-old Rehan Ijaz went missing from the Karimabad area, Karachi.
