TEXAS: Pakistani Squash star Ahsan Ayaz has reached the quarter-final of Life Time Plano Open by defeating Mexican opponent Juan Carlos Gomez today (Friday).
According to details, Ahsan Ayaz won his second-round match by defeating the Mexican opponent in 51 minutes. The Pakistani star will face United States squash player Spencer Lovejoy.
Ahsan Ayaz is a professional Squash player residing in Philadelphia, United States, from Peshawar. Â He has won around 24 national junior titles and remained a national junior champion in the under 11, u13, u15, u17, and u19 category.
He has represented Pakistan in more than 30 countries and became one the youngest player to play among the top 100 players in the world with ranked 87th and became Pakistan No 1 too. Besides this, He is also working as an ambassador for hepatitis and liver patients back in the country as he lost his mom due to liver cancer three years back.
