John Cena pays homage to late Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor

NEW YORK: Former WWE champion and Hollywood actor John Cena paid homage to the Bollywood’s iconic stars Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan who passed away earlier this week.

John Cena took to Instagram and posted a striking image of Irrfan Khan from his famous movie, ‘Life of Pie’. He, however, did not post a caption with the images. He also uploaded a stock image of Kapoor.

Irrfan Khan succumbed to colon infection and passed away on Wednesday, April 29, whereas Rishi Kapoor lost his battle to cancer a day later. 

Like all of his posts on Instagram, Cena didn’t caption it, nor did he tag anyone in a photo that had Kapoor smiling in a suit. 

Cena’s Instagram is notorious for random picture posts without much context. While most of his picture posts relate to Western pop culture and the wrestling world, with some arguing that there is always a deeper meaning at play.
