Pakistan proud of its martyrs: Firdous Ashiq Awan

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan while lauding the sacrifices of our Armed forces said, Pakistan was proud of its martyrs and it pays tributes to them.

Firdous Awan took to Twitter and said, “Pakistan Army has foiled a terrorist attempt in Dera Ismail Khan which was manifestation of their professionalism.

Firdous Awan paid tribute to the martyred of the incident, Colonel Mujeebur Rehman for sacrificing his life for peaceful tomorrow of Pakistan.

Earlier today, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that an intelligence-based operation in-tank districts of Dera Ismail Khan where two terrorists were killed.

ISPR further said that Pakistan Army foiled the major terrorist activity. During the exchange of fire Colonel Mujeebur Rehman was martyred.
