During the conversation, Marina Khan recalled an incident in Sharjah when she, along with Shehnaz, Laila Zuberi, and Shakeel Sahib, was invited to watch cricket matches from the VIP celebrity pavilion. She described the experience as surreal, noting that she had never seen herself as a celebrity.
She recounted that after the match, when she and Shehnaz left the venue in a car during daylight, it suddenly felt as if darkness had fallen. The vehicle became surrounded by a large crowd of fans exiting the stadium. As the car began to move and people gathered around it, they realized what it truly meant to be famous — it was, as she described, a shocking and extraordinary experience.
