Karachi police have arrested TikToker siblings, who are accused of robbing a businessman’s house in the PECHS area of about Rs 130 million.
The incident was carried out in a very dramatic manner, in which the accused presented themselves as law enforcement officials, and the incident has garnered intense attention in social media and public circles.
The robbery took place on the evening of June 26, after which the police have arrested four people and started an investigation. The arrested people include Yasra, Nimra, Shahryar and Shahroz.
According to the investigating officers, the people involved in the incident are very active on the social media platform TikTok. The accused allegedly entered the businessman’s house using fake FIA uniforms and looted it.
They are not only accused of stealing cash but also claimed to have taken away valuable watches, mobile phones and other valuables.
According to further details, Yasra has a background in modeling and the drama industry, and has been reported to be seen in various videos with Indian and Pakistani artists.
CCTV footage of the incident has also surfaced. In the video, the victim, Salik, can be seen putting a cloth on his car in front of his house. At the same time, a black car arrives, from which two burqa-clad women come out first, followed by a man who talks to Salik.
The footage then shows the suspects entering the house at gunpoint. A burqa-clad woman is seen carrying an empty bag when she enters, while a man can later be seen carrying the same bag full.
