Three prestigious schools from Pakistan have been included among the top 10 finalists for the world’s most respected educational awards – the World’s Best School Prizes 2025.
According to details, these awards were launched in 2022 by T4 Education after the global pandemic to recognize those educational institutions playing a meaningful role in building communities beyond the classroom.
Sanjan Nagar Public Education Trust Higher Secondary School (Lahore)
This non-profit institution, located on Ferozepur Road in Lahore, offers primary and secondary education.
The school addresses issues such as educational disadvantage, religious and ethnic diversity, and unemployment, and provides quality education to over 800 students — around 65% of whom belong to the Christian community.
Beaconhouse College Programmes, Juniper Campus (Quetta)
Established in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan, this international secondary school is promoting science education in rural areas through a unique project called the “Science Car.”
This is a fully student-led mobile laboratory that travels to remote schools to conduct simple experiments, fostering scientific awareness. Through this project, scientific activities have been introduced in over 150 schools, increasing children’s interest in science and significantly improving academic outcomes.
Nordic International School (Lahore)
This independent educational institution, offering education from kindergarten to secondary level, actively involves parents in their children’s academic success.
Through the school app, workshops, and events, parents are included in educational activities. A program called “Exit Point” showcases students’ achievements to parents at the end of each academic unit. The school started with only five students and now educates over 300.
