Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi on Sunday organized a five-kilometre race in Phase 8 to pay tribute to armed forces for their extraordinary bravery during the recent military operation against India.
A large number of citizens participated in a vibrant five-kilometre run and expressed gratitude to the armed forces of Pakistan.
Organised under the banner of “Born to Run,” the “Youm-e-Tashakur Race” started from DHA Phase 8 and concluded at the Marina Club.
The race attracted a wide demographic of participants, including men, women, children, and members of the armed forces, turning it into a spirited event filled with national pride.
The initiative aimed to pay tribute to the dedication and sacrifices of Pakistan’s military, highlighting public solidarity and respect for their service.
Organisers stated that the event was designed not only as a fitness initiative but also as a public demonstration of support and appreciation for the country’s defenders.
