A school principal and several others were arrested following a police raid on an obscene dance party at a school in Kabirwala, an area of Punjab, media reported on Sunday.
As per the report, the objectionable party was arranged on the occasion of a female teacher’s birthday.
According to police, after the raid, the dancers hid in the principal’s office. The principal of the school, two female dancers and several spectators were arrested during the raid.
There was continuous firing during the dance party, and the police took the shells into custody.
Police reached the spot when locals called on the police helpline, informing them about the obscene dance party in a government school and the firing.
In this regard principal of the school said that Javed, a security guard of the school, was organising a function on his own behalf.
However, Sadar Police Station started the operation, and all the arrested were shifted to the police station.
