The report states that an alert was issued after radiation was detected at a base located in Indian Punjab. Evacuation orders were issued for a 3-kilometer radius. The radiation posed a serious threat to the safety of the area. The report also warned residents within a 5-kilometer radius to keep doors and windows closed.
