Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir has arrived in the United Kingdom for an official visit to attend the 7th Regional Stabilization Conference at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
This annual conference is a key platform for Army-to-Army dialogue between Pakistan and the United Kingdom, aimed at fostering collaboration.
General Munir will deliver a keynote address titled “The Emerging World Order and Pakistan’s Future Outlook.”
It should be noted that the event features representations of policymakers including military and civil and members of think tanks from UK and Pakistan.
This year’s conference is particularly significant given the rapidly evolving geopolitical landscape, providing an invaluable opportunity for exchanging perspectives and exploring pathways for enhanced bilateral cooperation.
During his visit, General Munir will engage with key members of the UK’s civil and military leadership to discuss matters of mutual interest. His engagements will include meetings with Admiral Sir Tony Radakin, Chief of Defence Staff UK; General Sir Patrick Sanders, Chief of the General Staff of the British Army; and Mr. Jonathan Nicholas Powell, the UK National Security Advisor.
