Seventy-six more Pakistanis were deported from 7 different countries including Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Senegal in a single day, out of which 17 were arrested in Karachi and transferred to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle, a private TV channel reported while quoting immigration sources.
As per the sources, 3 people were blacklisted in Saudi Arabia, while 4 were deported for begging, 6 in drug cases, 27 for violation of the agreement, 4 for overstaying, 2 for absconding from work, 2 for forgery, and 2 for other crimes.
Immigration sources say that one person was deported after being denied immigration in Sri Lanka, 2 in drug cases in the Emirates, 2 for losing passports, and 3 people were released from jail and sent back.
According to immigration sources, one person was deported from Azerbaijan, one for overstaying in Iraq, 6 for illegal entry, and 2 from Malaysia for being prohibited immigrants.
Sources further said that a person was detained in Italy for being blacklisted, 3 from Senegal, and 2 Pakistanis were deported from the UAE for human trafficking. They were transferred to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle.
In addition, 12 more people were transferred to AHTC after being deported from Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
