The next part of the horror film franchise Final Destination has made a thrilling return with Final Destination: Bloodlines, with an official teaser that has promised a series of brutal deaths in the upcoming film.
According to a report, after 14 years since the last installment of the horror series, this new chapter will be hitting theaters and IMAX on May 16 this year, while the trailer has stunned its fans with an unfortunate death, as this series always features.
The trailer has got almost 4.5 million views during past 17 hours, with a tattoo parlor where things go horribly wrong. The trailer slowly builds up tension in its signature chilling and gory style but ends just before revealing the character’s seemingly brutal fate.
A college student can be seen in this trailer, haunted by nightmares, who returns home to find someone who can break her family’s curse of gruesome deaths. The official synopsis states, “Plagued by a violent recurring nightmare, college student Stefanie heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all.”
One of the most highly anticipated parts of this sequel is the posthumous return of Tony Todd as William Bludworth, the wise mortician from previous films. A report stated, “Late horror icon Tony Todd, who passed away last year at the age of 69, will make a posthumous return, marking his final film role.”
