The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has released the list of 47 Pakistanis who were rescued after a tragic boat incident near Greece on Sunday. The list was compiled based on interviews conducted by the Embassy of Pakistan in Athens and information provided by Greek authorities.

Earlier, the Foreign Office Spokesperson confirmed that 47 Pakistanis were among those rescued from the incident involving capsized boats off the south coast of Crete Island, Greece. The spokesperson also confirmed that one Pakistani national has been reported dead, but the exact number of deceased or missing is yet to be determined.
The Embassy of Pakistan in Athens is in contact with the Greek authorities, including the Hellenic Coast Guard and the Coast Guard of Chania, which have been managing the search and rescue efforts. Embassy officials have also traveled to Crete to meet with the rescued Pakistanis and provide any required assistance.
