Police raided the home of Ahsan Shah’s wife Arshia, the alleged suspect in the Amir Balaj Tipu murder case, after an audio recording allegedly surfaced before his death. A case was registered against four individuals: Ahsan Shah’s wife Arshia, Teefi Butt, Gogi Butt, and other unidentified suspects, for allegedly conspiring to murder Inspector Shakeel Butt, who is handling the Amir Balaj murder case.
According to police investigations, Arshia fled her home with millions of rupees in cash. Her father’s house is also locked, and the entire family is currently missing, Aaj News reported on Friday. Moreover, Shah’s mother filed a complaint at Ravi Road police station against Arshia, accusing her of stealing jewelry and cash from their home after Ahsan’s death.
A day earlier, Inspector Shakeel Butt lodged a complaint, alleging that an audio recording of a conversation between Ahsan Shah and his wife revealed a plot to kill him. The recording, allegedly made while Ahsan was in jail, indicated that the couple, along with Gogi Butt and Teefi Butt, wanted to eliminate Inspector Butt due to his involvement in tracing Ahsan Shah as the main suspect in the Amir Balaj murder case.
