Police in Lahore have apprehended Muhammad Sajid, a TikToker and property dealer, for allegedly deceiving and robbing multiple women, including a British national.
According to police reports, Sajid, who has been married to five women, is facing charges based on a complaint from his fifth wife. In the FIR, Zaibun Nisa claimed that Sajid tricked her into marriage. Nisa, a UK citizen, had come to Pakistan in 2023 for her mother’s treatment. After their initial meeting, Sajid proposed marriage. Following their marriage, Nisa returned to the UK, only to find that Sajid had fraudulently registered her property in his name and stolen her jewelry and other valuables.
Nisa stated that Sajid had also refused to join her in the UK. Upon her subsequent visit to Pakistan, she discovered that she was his fifth wife. She accused Sajid of employing similar deceitful tactics with his other four wives.
Nisa has raised concerns that the investigation officer might be biased in favor of the suspect. She has appealed to the Inspector General of Police, Punjab, to take action in the matter.
