The petrol price in Pakistan has been jacked up by Rs9.99 per litre for the next fortnight in the light of the rise in oil rates in the international market.
According to the notification, the high-speed diesel price has increased by Rs6.18 per litre.
In the last fortnight review, petrol and HSD prices were increased by Rs7.54 and Rs9.56 per litre on June 30.
The current prices of petrol and diesel are Rs265.61 per litre and Rs277.45 per litre, respectively.
The new rates will come in effect from midnight.
