A perfect duo we never expected to see onscreen is finally happening as Song Hye Kyo and Jeon Yeo Been have finally started filming for ‘Dark Nuns’, a women-centric thriller movie.
Inspired by 2015’s supernatural horror-thriller ‘The Priests’, the movie director Kwon Hyeok-jae is set to bring the adventure back to the big screen but this time with a women-centric twist.

What is the movie about?
In line with The Priests, the plot of Dark Nuns will see two determined nuns work on saving a young boy from being possessed by evil spirits, which will lead to a series of dark events.
Who is in the cast?
Song Hye Kyo aka The Glory actress will step into the shoes of the courageous Sister Juania who refuses to give up on a child in distress, willing to brave it all to save his life.
Jeon Yeo Been aka the Vincenzo star will play Sister Michaela, whose curiosity about Sister Juania lands her in the middle of a rather chaotic situation. However, she’s resolved to help her come what may.
Lee Jin Wook aka the Sweet Home actor will play Father Paolo, a priest and psychiatrist who believes medicine is the answer to the child’s woes.
Veteran star Heo Joon Ho of the Bloodhounds fame will perform exorcisms as Father Andrea.
The young child Hee Joon will be played by Moon Woo Jin.
Release date
No official date for the movie’s release has been released yet, however, the filming of the movie started on February 22.
