ISLAMABAD: Earthquake shocks have been felt in various cities of the country, including the federal capital, which spread panic.
According to the details, different areas of Islamabad, Azad Kashmir, and KPK were shaken by the earthquake. According to the Seismological Center, the magnitude of the earthquake was 4.4 on the Richter scale.
The seismological center further says that the epicenter of the earthquake was in the southwest of Kashmir while the depth of the earthquake was 11 km. No loss of life or property was reported as a result of the minor earthquake.
Two days ago, earthquake tremors were felt in the federal capital Islamabad, and nearby cities due to which fear spread in the affected areas. According to media reports, on Wednesday night in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Chakwal, Attock, and other parts of the country, people came out of their homes and started reciting the word of God.
According to the Seismological Center, the magnitude of the earthquake was recorded at 3.2. The center said that the depth of the earthquake was 25 km and its epicenter was Skardu. There were no casualties as a result of the earthquake.
Earlier on December 18, severe earthquake tremors were felt in Islamabad and its surroundings, which spread fear among the citizens. People came out of their houses reciting Kalima Tayyaba.
