Pilgrims visiting the Majid-e-Nabvi (PBUH) participated in the process of carving, weaving and embroidering the Ghilaf-e-Kaaba.
The Public Presidency Agency responsible for exhibition affairs in Masjid-e-Haram, in collaboration with the Agency for Exhibitions and Museum Affairs, organized an exhibition of Ghilaf-e-Kaaba and accessories used in the cleaning of the Holy Kaaba in Majid-e-Nabvi (PBUH) in Madina.
The exhibition also includes equipment for washing the Kaaba and accessories for perfuming the Kaaba, pieces of the original Ghilaf-e-Kaaba over 30 years old, and films related to Kiswah.
The exhibition shows some aesthetic images that describe about the features of the Kaaba. They include some documentaries related to Kaaba door, Kaaba Key, Hajar-e- Aswad and Rukan-e-Yamani.
These include a film covering the Kaaba, a film about the manuscripts of the doors of the Kaaba, and images of the landmarks of the Harmeen Sharifeen.
