MM News tried three dishes of this desi restaurant, one of which was Nalli Dal Fry, Paya and Moong Dal Fry, all three disheswere very delicious. MM News asked restuarnt owner Farrukh that how idea of Nalli Dal Fry came to his mind.
In response to this he said that as the trend had gone on nowadays to have nalli in everything, so he thought of making something different, that’s why we prepared the daal in a different way which is being hugely liked by the people visiting them.
He said that there are three types of pulses available at their restaurant, Nalli dal fry, mash dal and moong dal fry, all three have different properties and people appreciate these three very much.
He said about mash dal that they prepare it only on order or only available at restaurant on Saturdays and Sundays.
Regarding the price, he said that at the restaurant, they are selling it for 320 rupees, which two people can eat comfortably, while they are selling nalli dal fry for 200 rupees and moong fry for Rs230/plate.
