LAHORE: Former federal minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Fawad Chaudhry on Tuesday said preparations for the long march are underway in full swing.
Speaking to journalists in Lahore, Fawad said that 35 to 40 thousand people will reach Rawalpindi on Friday night. Imran Khan will announce the future course of action in Rawalpindi, he said.
The PTI leader went on to say that Nawaz Sharif, Asif Zardari agreed that martial law should be imposed in the country.

“If there is any obstacle in the way of martial law, it is PTI. Martial law will not be imposed in the country. There will be snap elections soon,” he added.
Fawad said that the defence minister and the interior minister the defense minister have different statements on the appointment of the army chief.
He added that “We want the matter to be resolved without controversy, and we have no favorites, they have made the matter very controversial because all the thieves have come together and consulted.”
