ISLAMABAD: A meeting of the federal cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan will be held on Tuesday i.e. on 16th February to discuss important issues including the Metro Bus project.
According to details, an eight-point agenda of the federal cabinet meeting chaired by the prime minister in which the Disparity Reduction Allowance to federal government employees will be approved, and permission will also be granted to build an office of the Federal Services Tribunal in Karachi.
A briefing on the metro bus project to Islamabad Airport will be given at a meeting of the federal cabinet chaired by the prime minister. The Chairman Task Force (IT & Telecom) will brief the members of the federal cabinet.

The appointment of Managing Director of NTDC and reconstitution of the Board of Governors of the Pakistan Institute of Management will also be approved. Earlier, the federal cabinet, headed by the prime minister, approved a 40 percent increase in the salaries of government employees.
A meeting of the federal cabinet chaired by PM Imran Khan was held four days ago. In the meeting, the federal cabinet approved an increase in the salaries of federal employees, but the employees who are already getting an extra salary, including FBR, NAB, and FIA, will not be included.
