According to the statistics released by the National Institute of Health, a total of 15,45,647 people have been infected with coronavirus, while 30 thousand 438 have died due to the virus. The mortality rate remains at 2 percent.

On the other hand, the first case of monkeypox has also been reported in Saudi Arabia. According to the Saudi Ministry of Health, a person coming from abroad has been diagnosed with monkeypox in the capital Riyadh.
