AUCKLAND: The third coronavirus test of 42 members of the Pakistan cricket squad that visited New Zealand has come negative for the coronavirus.
According to the New Zealand Authority, the report of the other three members of the national squad is yet to come. The Pakistani squad has not yet been allowed to train in isolation.
The New Zealand Health Authority has allowed former captain Sarfraz Ahmed and fast bowler Muhammad Abbas to rejoin the squad. During the days, the coronavirus test of the players was positive.
Medically, both the members of the national squad have been declared non-infected. PCB officials said that after the test results, the national squad will be allowed to train on the ground.

In New Zealand, seven members of the national squad tested positive for coronavirus. Sarfraz Ahmed, Rohail Nasir, Naseem Shah, Muhammad Abbas, Abid Ali, and Danish Aziz, who were in the squad, were also affected by the novel coronavirus. The New Zealand Cricket Board temporarily suspended the national squad from practice.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has asked its team in New Zealand to be enthusiastic and ensure the implementation of coronavirus SOPs.
