KARACHI: Around 340 new cases of the coronavirus have surfaced in Sindh during the past 24 hours as the total number of cases cross two thousand in the province.
According to the latest tweet of Advisor to Sindh Chief Minister on Law Murtaza Wahab, four more deaths have been reported during the past 24 hours while another 16 people have recovered from the illness.

In a tweet, he wrote, “The overall coronavirus cases in Sindh have reached 2,008. The death toll from the novel coronavirus stands at 45.”
Wahab said, “Sindh has conducted overall 18,900 tests to date. The total number of recovered patients in the province reached 576,” he added.
Murtaza Wahab earlier lauded Engro Energy Limited and English Biscuit Manufacturers Private Limited for contributing Rs.50 million and Rs.20 million respectively to the Corona Emergency Relief Fund of the Sindh government.
