A teenager has committed suicide by drinking poison in Shikarpur after his family rejected his demand to buy a mobile phone for him.
According to details, 18-year-old Sohail Jehlan decided to end his life in Zarkhel Wasi area near Mian Sahib Shikarpur after drinking poison.
Police sources said that the deceased was immediately rushed to Shikarpur Hospital in critical condition and later referred to Sukkur but he lost his life in the hospital.
Sources said that the young man was disappointed after his family member refused to give him a mobile phone.
