ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will preside over a meeting of the federal cabinet today to consider the 15-point agenda.
According to details, a budget of more than Rs 400 million will be approved in the federal cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan for setting up accountability courts. Other political, economic, and energy issues will also be considered during the meeting.
During the federal cabinet meeting, a new bill related to the Auditor General’s Office will also be presented in the form of a draft which will be ratified by the Cabinet members. Additional wheat supply to utility stores KPK and Azad Kashmir will also be approved. The appointment of the DG Legal Aid and Justice Authority will also be confirmed.

The agenda of the cabinet meeting also includes ratification of FIA Commercial Banking Lahore as a police station, while approval will also be given for the appointment of the National Council of Medical Examiners and Administrator.
Apart from this, giving additional charge to DG Hydrocarbon Development Institute, allowing construction of a multi-storied building on railway land in Nowshera is also part of the 15-point agenda of the federal cabinet. The decisions of the Committee Reforms on 23rd December, the decisions of the ECC and the cabinet committee on Privatization will also be ratified.
