SIALKOT: PM’s Special aide Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that the incumbent government will write a letter to British government to deport former prime minister Nawaz Sharif – currently in London for medical treatment.
Addressing a press conference in Sialkot today (Sunday), Fridous Awan has said that Shehbaz Sharif should return to Pakistan soon.
Commenting on inflation Firdous Awan said that the government is committed to overcome inflation and provide immediate relief to the masses.
She also credited Prime Minister Imran Khan for declining prices of essential commodities, adding that further reduction in prices of different edibles will be made to ease the burden of common man.
Talking about Afghan peace agreement, she said that the peace deal signed in Doha vindicated Prime Minister Imran Khan’s long-held narrative that negotiations are only viable options to promote peace and stability in the region.
She said Pakistan will continue its policy of supporting the Afghan people in their efforts to achieve lasting peace and stability in Afghanistan.
