Mardaani 3, starring Rani Mukerji, is officially set for an OTT release on Netflix following its theatrical run, reports confirm.
The much-anticipated third installment of the popular franchise hit cinemas on January 30, 2026, and is expected to make its digital debut in late March.
According to industry sources and Yash Raj Films’ standard release pattern, the film will complete an exclusive 56-day theatrical window before arriving on streaming platforms.
Based on this timeline, Mardaani 3 is tentatively scheduled to premiere on Netflix on March 27, 2026.
Netflix already hosts Mardaani (2014) and Mardaani 2 (2019), making it the confirmed digital home for the franchise.
In Mardaani 3, Rani Mukerji reprises her iconic role as Shivani Shivaji Roy, this time taking on a high-stakes investigation involving a powerful “beggar mafia” and the kidnapping of 93 young girls.
The film introduces Mallika Prasad as the main antagonist, Amma, with Janki Bodiwala playing a key role.
Directed by Abhiraj Minawala, known for his work on Sultan and Tiger 3, the film continues the franchise’s focus on hard-hitting social issues and intense crime drama.
Fans who haven’t revisited the earlier films can stream Mardaani and Mardaani 2 on Netflix ahead of the third chapter’s digital release.
