KARACHI: Former world champions West Indies have been eliminated from the World Cup qualifiers.
In the qualifier round of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup, the Netherlands defeated the two-time world champions West Indies in a super over after a nerve-wracking match.
In the match against the Netherlands, West Indies scored 374 runs for 6 wickets, Nicholas Pooran scored 104 not out and Brendan King managed to score 76 runs, Zulfikar took 2 wickets, and in response the Dutch XI scored 374 runs for 9 wickets.
