Versatile Pakistani actress Bushra Ansari has opened up about her sister Sumbul Shahid for the first time after death.
Sumbul Sahid passed away, who died earlier this month on 6th May, was battling with coronavirus. Bushra Ansari took to Instagram and shared a video message, “We’re told a lot about the coronavirus but we only realize it when our loved one suffers from it and departs from this world,” she said in the video posted on Instagram.

Veteran actor Bushra Ansari said that she is grateful to people who prayed for her sister Sumbul Shahid during her battle against coronavirus. Sumbul Shahid had contracted coronavirus in March. Sumbul, who is a sister of known TV actress Bushra Ansari and Asma Abbas, was on the ventilator battling the deadly virus since last month.
Sumbul was last seen in the drama serial Nand, which aired on ARY. She starred with Asma in GT Road in 2019 as well. On April 30, Ansari revealed that her mother has contracted the COVID-19 as well. In a video message later, she urged people to follow coronavirus SOPs and refrain from going to shopping malls and markets.
