During a session of the Mexico City Local Legislative Assembly, a debate escalated to such an extent that a physical fight broke out among several female members.
Scenes of hair-pulling, shoving, elbowing, and slapping were captured and broadcast live before the cameras.
This is a real video of a Mexico City Congress session on Monday.
Legislators can be seen shoving each other and pulling hair at the podium.
The opposition party did this to physically block voting on the budget.
What a complete mess and embarrassment.

The chaos began when approximately five female lawmakers expressed strong dissent during a debate over a controversial proposed law. The bill under discussion pertained to proposed changes in the city government’s transparency oversight body, an issue that had already created intense tension within the house.
Cause of Political Tension
Female members belonging to the right-wing National Action Party (PAN) alleged that the ruling Morena party had violated legal regulations.
The situation deteriorated further when PAN members approached the central podium in protest, leading to the physical confrontation.
