US dollar continues to rise, reaches Rs 169 against rupee

KARACHI: United States dollar continues to rise again and has hit its all-time high today (Friday) in inter-bank market.
The US dollar increased against the Pakistani Rupees for a 5th-straight day. This represented  an amplifies to Rs 168.00.
At afternoon, the dollar also noticed increased in open market with hike of one rupees to reach Rs 159. 00.
It is worth mentioning here that Pakistani Rupee has slumped by more than 4.70 paisas in last five days of the week.
Earlier, on Thursday, the dollar has hit an all-time high against the Pakistani rupee in the inter-bank market on the fourth day of the trading week.
The US dollar surged by Rs 3.40 to trade at Rs 165 in the inter bank market. The dollar in the inter bank has increased from Rs 161 to 60 paise at Rs 165.
