U19 women cricketers to undergo online fitness tests

LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will hold an online fitness assessment of U-19 women cricketers from today.
According to the PCB, the assessment is designed to keep the upcoming cricketers focused and motivated during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has put a halt on outdoor physical activities.
As per schedule, the players will take tests from 22th to 26th June in which their hand-eye coordination, body balance, core muscle, and lower body strength along with upper body strength will be measured.
The selected cricketers for this assessment were picked on the basis of their performances in several tests held in Lahore last year in November.
As per the list issued by the board, the players who will undergo fitness assessment are:

Gul Uswa (Multan)
Hamna Bilal (Islamabad)

Laiba Fatima (Karachi)
Laraib Malik (Lahore)
Laveeza Munir (Lahore)
Momina Riasat Khan (Abbottabad)
Nazish Rafique (Lahore)
Rida Aslam (Islamabad)
