Tourists have been banned from entering Galiyat for four days due to possible rain and snowfall.
In view of the bad weather conditions in Abbottabad, the administration imposed a ban. District administration advised tourists should not enter Galiyat in Abbottabad till Wednesday.
Tourists will be allowed to enter Galiyat when the weather conditions improved.
District administration directed police to prevent tourists from entering Galiyat from Harno and Barian check posts.
Northern areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) have been gripped by intense cold and heavy snowfall, leaving at least 10 people dead in incidents involving landslides, avalanches and roof collapses over the past two days.
According to a preliminary report issued by the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), the deceased include seven children and one woman, while rain and snowfall have caused partial damage to at least five houses in different areas.
