The Meteorological Department has forecast rain accompanied by strong winds in most parts of the country, as reported by national media on Saturday.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain with strong winds is expected in Islamabad, Murree, Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal, and Jhelum. Rain is also expected in Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Sargodha, and Narowal. Clouds will bring rain to Hafizabad, Gujranwala, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujrat, and Sialkot.
There is a possibility of rain and strong winds in Mianwali, Khushab, Bhakkar, Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, and Jhang, with chances of heavy rain and hail at some locations.
Additionally, strong winds and rain are expected in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Malakand, and Shangla. Rain is also likely in Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshera, Swabi, and Waziristan. Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, and Haripur will also experience rain with strong winds.
Furthermore, strong winds and rain are expected in Buner, Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Orakzai, and Kurram. Light rain (drizzle) is expected in Kohat, Karak, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, and D.I. Khan. There is a possibility of strong winds and rain in Muzaffargarh, Taunsa Sharif, Khanewal, Bahawalnagar, and Bahawalpur as well.
On the other hand, most districts of Sindh will experience extremely hot and dry weather. Dust storms with strong winds are expected in coastal areas during the afternoon. In most districts of Balochistan, the weather is expected to remain hot and dry, but there may be rain in Zhob, Musakhel, Barkhan, Khuzdar, and Lasbela.
