Karachi: Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has announced an open court (Khuli Kachehri) to provide consumers with a platform to raise their complaints and resolve gas-related issues promptly.
According to the company’s statement, consumers will be able to present complaints regarding gas supply, billing, new connections, and other service-related matters directly to the concerned officials.
The open court will be held on July 17, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Confederation Housing, Karachi.
An SSGC spokesperson said the initiative is aimed at ensuring the timely resolution of consumer complaints and improving customer services.
The company has advised consumers to bring all relevant documents related to their gas-related issues so that their complaints can be heard and, where possible, resolved on the spot.
SSGC officials also said that consumers seeking assistance or wishing to register complaints can contact the company’s helpline at 1199.
