ISLAMABAD: A special plane carrying 175 Americans, including nine diplomats and 10 pets, has left for US from Islamabad Airport on Friday.
As per details, the plane earlier arrived at Karachi Airport from Cairo and picked up more than 133 passengers, including 16 diplomats, and then landed at Islamabad International Airport where the remaining passengers and diplomats boarded on it.
The flight MSR-3200 was permitted to land at the airport on special permission from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
According to the airport authorities, the US citizens were properly screened before their departure at the airport while their baggage was also sanitized to make sure that they do not carry any virus particles along with them.
On Thursday, the Civil Aviation Authority has released an advisory for the special plane of US Embassy which will arrived in Karachi and Islamabad to carry 137 persons, including US and British diplomats.
The CAA official further said three British diplomats will also depart from Pakistan through the chartered flight.
According to the advisory issued by CAA, no one will be permitted to enter the terminal’s buildings of the airports in Karachi and Islamabad to ward off the passengers except diplomatic staff members.

The aviation authority also allowed the diplomatic staff to set up a separate counter to assist the departing passengers. Upon the arrival of the special plane, no one including crew members will be permitted to come out of the chartered flight.
