Bollywood actor Sonu Sood, while criticizing Kangana Ranaut for her foolishness, stated that she is not a bad person, but sometimes, when something is written or said, it is not actually thought through.
According to a report by Indian Express on Wednesday, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and Sonu Sood’s feud has been ongoing for more than five years. It began when Sonu left Kangana’s film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi back in 2019. The verbal fight escalated when Kangana criticized Sonu over his drama.

At that time, Kangana criticized Sonu Sood for comparing a food vendor spitting in a customer’s food to the Shabri episode in the Ramayana. Both actors are currently promoting their upcoming films—Sonu Sood’s Fateh and Kangana’s Emergency. Sonu stated during an interview that he is not on speaking terms with Kangana Ranaut anymore.

During the interview, Sonu Sood stated that they were once close friends before he departed from Manikarnika, saying, “I left Manikarnika also because Kangana is my friend. We are not on talking terms right now, but I have been very close with her family—her mother, father, and sister—who meet me very lovingly. I have a rule in life: if I have ever been close to someone, I will never speak against them.”
Sonu Sood further stated, “People can say whatever they wish, but I will never say anything against them. I might feel upset thinking that this person was a good friend and said such things. I feel it’s her foolishness; she is not a bad person. But sometimes, when you write or say things, you don’t actually think them through. I might have also gone through this and done things out of being naïve. However, there is no regret. It’s her own thinking, and I prefer not to pay heed by answering.”
