RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Army has killed two terrorists and injured 10 during an intense exchange of fire on Wednesday night in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan, the military’s media wing said.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the incident in Mirali, North Waziristan took the life of a soldier Naik Yaseen, 34, who was a resident of Malakand.
“Meanwhile seven other soldiers also sustained injuries during the attack in North Waziristan’s Mirali area. Security forces responded promptly,” the ISPR added.
Earlier today (Thursday), a soldier of the Pakistan Army embraced martyrdom as Indian troops committed an unprovoked ceasefire violation in the Satwal Sector along the Line of Control (LoC).
According to ISPR, a 22-year-old soldier named Mukhtiar fought fearlessly and embraced martyrdom. The ISPR stated that the Pakistan army responded effectively to the firing, causing substantial damage to Indian troops in men and material.
