KARACHI: Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister on Law and Environment, Murtaza Wahab announce that Sindh government will restore the majestic building of Karachi’s Empress Market into original shape.
Murtaza Wahab took to Twitter and said, “The government will restore the building of Karachi’s Empress Market and turn the surrounding area into the green zone and a park to compliment the Jahangir Park in Saddar.

He further wrote that the building has also been illuminated which looks pretty.
Earlier, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah in a telephonic conversation with Karachi Mayor Wasim Akhtar agreed for the revival of Karachi’s old buildings into their “original shape.”
