KARACHI: The Sindh Assembly has passed a resolution condemning the ruling of the Deputy Speaker National Assembly. Qasim Suri had rejected the no-confidence motion of opposition members against Prime Minister Imran Khan four days ago.
According to details, a meeting of the Sindh Assembly was held under the chairmanship of Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani in which a resolution condemning the rolling of the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly was passed by an overwhelming majority. PPP and MQM members supported the resolution.
It is to be noted that MQM is considered an ally of PTI in the Sindh Assembly which is very critical of the Sindh Cabinet including PPP Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah. However, after joining hands with PPP, the situation in Sindh Assembly changed completely.
