Indian actress Shraddha Kapoor and her father, Shakti Kapoor, have invested in a premium Mumbai property. The duo purchased a luxury apartment worth Rs 6.24 crore in the prestigious Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower.
According to Indian media, this lavish property boasts stunning views of the racecourse and the sea. As per property documents accessed by Zapkey, the purchase was completed on January 13, 2025. The apartment spans 1,042.73 sq ft, features two balconies, and is priced at Rs 59,875 per sq ft.

This is not Shraddha Kapoor’s first notable real estate move. Last December, she rented a high-end 3,929 sq ft apartment in Juhu for Rs 6 lakh per month, paying the full year’s rent upfront. Her parents also live in Juhu, making it a convenient choice for the star.
Shraddha Kapoor joins other Bollywood celebrities in making significant real estate investments. Recently, Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dalal bought a luxury apartment in Juhu worth Rs 44.52 crore, further cementing the trend of high-profile property purchases in Mumbai.
