A shocking revelation has emerged in the brutal murder case of Dr. Warda, who was killed last week. The main accused, Rida, allegedly struck a deal worth 10 million rupees to have the doctor murdered.
According to media reports, Abbottabad police have recovered both vehicles used in Dr. Warda’s abduction and murder. Police disclosed that Rida, the prime suspect, had negotiated the murder deal for one crore rupees.
Investigations also revealed that Dr. Warda’s jewellery was deposited in a bank, against which a loan of five million rupees had been taken. Police have sealed five shops belonging to the family of the accused, Rida Jadoon.
According to the post-mortem report issued yesterday, Dr. Warda died of suffocation, and her neck bone was found broken — indicating she was subjected to severe violence.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and that further action will be taken against any additional individuals found involved.
Dr. Warda’s brother-in-law has alleged that police negligence played a role, claiming that her life could have been saved had timely action been taken.
The family maintains that the suspects had been behaving suspiciously before the murder, but the police did not take their concerns seriously.
