On Thursday, Saudi Arabia presented Pakistan with 100 tons of dates, a gesture symbolizing goodwill and solidarity between the two nations.
The handover took place at the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Islamabad, with Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki and Abdullah Al-Baqami, Director of King Salman Humanitarian Aid & Relief Centre (KSrelief), formally handing over the donation to Brigadier Alamgeer Ayub, Director General Military Wing.
According to a report by ARY News, continuing its tradition of generosity, Saudi Arabia, led by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, reaffirmed its ongoing support for Pakistan through this heartfelt contribution.
This act reflects the strong ties and shared values of friendship and mutual aid between the two countries. Brigadier Ayub expressed his gratitude for Saudi Arabia’s consistent support, emphasizing that the gesture strengthens their enduring relationship.
