Meet Saro Imran, Pakistan’s first transgender who got admission in Ph.D. at the University of Westminster, London.
Saro Imran is a trans rights activist working in Pakistan. The program is offered by The School of Organizations, Economy and Society (SOES) which welcomes applicants who would like to carry out research in the broad areas of Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Human Resources Management.

Hailing from Punjab, Imran got her Mphil degree a year ago from Bahaudin Zakariya University Multan. While speaking about studying abroad, Saro said that she will continue to work for transgender rights and their economic uplift so that they can play their role in national growth and boost the country’s economy.
