Senior executives in several state-owned enterprises and government-linked financial institutions in Pakistan are receiving exceptionally high monthly salaries, with some packages exceeding Rs15 million, according to Finance Ministry documents. The disclosures have drawn attention amid concerns over rising public debt and the financial strain on the national economy.

Among the highest-paid executives is the Managing Director of the Pak-Kuwait Investment Company, who receives more than Rs15.37 million monthly.

The Managing Director of the Pak-Oman Investment Company earns around Rs12.88 million, while the head of the Pak-Iran Investment Company draws approximately Rs9.71 million per month.
